** Any medical reason on the day of the penning a substitute rider may be replaced by a penner of equal rating or by a penner with a less rating and must not exceed the  run limit. Once a substitute rider is used the original rider may not return to ride.
To be approved by the directors of the penning.
** Each class for this Annual Grand Team Penning will have limited of 8 runs per Seven class. And 6 in the five and 6 in youth.
We will be only excepting a limited number of teams (Get your entries in QUICKLY!!!!)
** You must show proof of Liability Insurance when signing waiver. **

(payments to be cheque or Canadian Money Order $25.00 fee for NSF cheques)
Please ensure your entries are correct, print names clearly.
There will be a $20.00 administration fee for adult riders, and $10 for youth riders.
Each rider must sign a liability release. Any rider under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign release form.
Riders under the age of 18 must be wearing an approved helmet.
Youth Teams consists of three youths only. (You have to be 16 for youth as of Jan 01, .
#12 Incentive Class
(Limited Open)
7 and 4 rule
Maximum 7 rides in either open or limited incentive class, maximum combination total 11  rides.
For the same price as the Open ($180.00/team), teams wishing to participate are eligible if the combined ratings for the team are 12 or less. These teams will be competing for the open purse as well as the incentive #12 class funds.
50% of the purse contribution fee from the Incentive class will be added to the Open pot while the remaining 50% will be the incentive fund.
Payout for the incentive class will be as follows,
20 teams 1st and 2nd place 60/40 split
Over 25 teams 1st 2nd and 3rd place 50/30/20 split
This class has been found to increase the Open Pot without costing the limited teams extra money and made it possible for any rider regardless of their rating to compete at the highest level for a chance at both pots.   Please contact Peter or Val if you need further information  (613) 628-3464 or email info@annualgrandteampenning.ca
